Let's try voice input into Delta Gear using character voices!

Hello everyone, this is Funasen, in charge of CSM development.

Thank you very much for all your reservations for the "CSM Delta Gear"!
We will continue to advance development towards mass production!

Well, in today's blog I'll explain how to play Delta Gear using the actors' lines, something I haven't been able to explain yet.
By pressing the dialogue buttons you can play the character voices in order, but it is also possible to input character voices in a simulated way.
In each mode, by pulling the trigger and pressing the dialogue button, the character voice for that mode will be played and that voice will be considered as having been input.

● Before transformation (still in the phone)
The "transformation" sound will be activated by either Mihara or Kitazaki, and then it will transition into the "standing bye" sound.

After transformation, in Blaster mode
If you pull the trigger and "short press" the dialogue button, the first time it will say "Fire", and from the second time onwards it will say "Charge", and the weapon will then operate in burst mode.
Additionally, by pressing and holding the dialogue button while pulling the trigger, the character voice of "3821" will play, followed by the Jet Sliger sound.
Mihara's "Fire" and the other two's "Charge" were not depicted in the movie, so I think they are rare sounds!

● After transformation, in pointer mode
If you pull the trigger and "short press" the dialogue button, the character's voice will say "Check" and then you will move on to "Exceed Charge."
Additionally, by holding down the dialogue button while pulling the trigger, the character voice of "3821" will play, followed by the Jet Sliger sound.
Kitazaki's "check" is not depicted in the film, so this is also rare!

When the phone is removed from the Mover after transformation
Regardless of whether you press it briefly or for a long time, if you press the dialogue button while pulling the trigger, the character voice of "3821" will be heard, followed by the Jet Sliger sound.
In the movie, the phone was always detached from the mover when inputting this audio, but as mentioned above, we made it possible to call it up in blaster mode and pointer mode as well.
By the way, if you enter "3821" using Kitazaki Voice, in line with the direction in the play, the sound "Jet Sliger Cam Closer" will not be heard, but instead there will be a short blank moment before the sound of the Jet Sliger operating will be heard!
Also, in this state, although it is only the phone, it is recognizing the "post-transformation" state, so it does not recognize the word "transformation."
If you want to transform again, press the dialogue button and BGM button simultaneously to "cancel the transformation."

By the way... In my previous blog, when I explained the "abbreviated transformation sound", I wrote that it was "a mechanical sound that sounds like henshin", but there were some voices on the web asking if it was "Delta", so I asked the composer who created the sound for the DX Delta Driver about this, and he said that it was indeed made to sound like "Delta"!
I've been mishearing things ever since, and it's a bit embarrassing.
In order to differentiate it from the transformation sounds of Faiz and Kaixa, a "voice" was added, and it was processed in an ambiguous way so that it could be heard either clearly or not!
It's so valuable to be able to learn these behind-the-scenes stories now!

That's all for today's blog.
The next update will be on Monday, June 24th.

Well then!
