The new program" KAMEN RIDER ZERO-ONE "was released last week!
I'm really looking forward to it!! I can't wait to talk about the Zero-One toy information!
I would love to talk about it, but at the moment the only information released is about the "DX HIDEN ZERO-ONE DRIVER" and the "Zero-One Ride Watch" that can be obtained through a purchase campaign.
Information on further items will be released on Thursday, August 1st, so we will update our blog on that day as well, with a special feature on Zero-One!

I'm sure many of you have already heard the transformation sounds, but HENSHIN BELT and sounds are really super cool!

Starting today, in this blog I would like to explain how to play "CSM Amazons Driver" in several parts.


This time it's about "transformation play"!

We will explain the new features by following the steps of the transformation scene.



First up, the newly added "sound effect button"!
This allows for a variety of different effects to be produced.

In the DX version, the "core parts" could be attached to play the "belt attachment sound" and "transformation standby sound", but in the movie, these core parts could not be removed, so the transformation could not be reproduced very well.
This time, you can play the "belt fastening sound" by pressing the "sound effect button," so if you press the button while holding the belt against your waist, you can recreate the sequence from the movie.
Furthermore, if you press and hold the "sound effect button", the "belt fastening sound" will be played followed by the "transformation standby sound".
The transformation standby sound was not depicted much in the movie, so you can choose to have it play or not.

Next comes the "accelerator grip" action, which is grasped with the left hand. In the DX version, the sound of the operation was heard the "moment you twist the grip," but we have changed it so that, to match the scene in the movie, the sound is heard "when you return the grip."
In addition, the moment you twist the grip, you will hear a subtle physical clicking sound.

The next thing you hear is the sound of the transformation. Depending on the core parts, you can play the transformation sounds of the three riders, and there are three different sounds recorded for each of the three riders.
① A version where the "transformation explosion sound" overlaps with the beginning of the "transformation sound"
② "Transformation sound" + "Transformation explosion sound" starts at the end of the version
③ This is a version that only plays the transformation sound.

The DX version only comes with ③.
It also includes the "transformation explosion sounds" that were added as a special effect in the film. In addition to type ①, which appeared frequently in the film, it also includes type ②, which was featured in the Amazon Alpha transformation scene in episode 1.

This can also be switched by making good use of the sound effect buttons.

In addition, we have set aside a silent period, commonly known as "Amazon Time," for shouting "Amazon!"
This has always been included in the already released "Neo Amazons Driver," but in the transformation scene, there were many cases where you would say "Amazon!" before turning the grip, so you can now choose whether or not to include "Amazon Time" by using the "Sound Effect Button."
And I'm sure you'd love to hear this "Amazon" voice in the voices of all the actors.
This time, you can turn the power on by switching it between two modes: "normal version" and "version with character voice."
If you have it set to the "Character Voice Version," (in Yu's case) the transformation sound will be "O-Me-Ga," followed by the voice "Uoooohh! Amazon!!"
Of course, it is possible to play the same lines using the dialogue button before turning the grip, in other words before the transformation sound is played, and in that case, the dialogue is programmed not to be played when the transformation sound is played.

So, even when considering character voices, you can enjoy 3 riders x 3 transformation sounds x 2 dialogue timings = 18 different transformation patterns!

In addition to that, Yuu and Jin each contain various variations of "Amazon!", such as the first season, second season, the final episode of the first season, and the movie version, so the number of types listed above increases even further!
We are currently selecting which patterns to include on the belt, but it looks like it will be quite a large volume!
