CSM SENGOKU DRIVER is about to be delivered! Savior's new transformation standby sound has been revealed!
Hello everyone. This is Funasen.
Sorry, but today's blog is not about ALTERING, but about SENGOKU DRIVER which I'm about to deliver.
We've already given away most of the information about the Altering gimmick, and due to redesigns and delays in starting mold creation due to the Chinese New Year holidays, we don't even have a ALTERING prototype yet...I'm sorry that we don't have anything to show you during the pre-order period.
(This delay is included in the September delivery schedule, so the progress is not delayed.)
Even after the pre-order period ends, we will continue to publish molded samples and package designs on our blog on a regular basis as soon as they are ready!
So today, SENGOKU DRIVER will be introducing the new transformation standby sound for KAMEN RIDER Savior!
In my blog post on December 18th, I mentioned that I would be creating a new transformation standby sound for Savior.
This standby sound was revealed for the first time on the "KAMEN RIDER TOY WEB Official Twitter"!
(It seems like it would be a pain to upload it to BANDAI 's YouTube, as it would require a lot of procedures, so I'll upload it to the easier Twitter instead.)

If you turn on the CSM SENGOKU DRIVER with the Genesis Core already attached, it will start up in "KAMEN RIDER Savior state."
You can listen to it only with the product Contents released at the end of this month. pic.twitter.com/f4PkOLmV63
You can only hear this on the CSM SENGOKU DRIVER. It includes the Genesis score.
When you turn the power on with the Genesis Core set, it will enter "KAMEN RIDER Savior Mode" and when you lock on, this standby sound will play.
It will be a while before pomegranates and blood oranges are available, but for now, enjoy your fantasy transformation with oranges and acorn durians.
It's a majestic, evil, Western-style transformation standby sound that takes into consideration his position in the novel version!
I think if you listen to this and then read the novel version again, you'll have fun as you'll have another voice running through your head.
Additionally, in today's blog, we would like to provide some additional information in advance of the delivery of the final product.
This explanation is to avoid any questions of "why" after the item arrives.
①The area where the Lockseed is set on SENGOKU DRIVER is unpainted.
This time, SENGOKU DRIVER itself is painted in a dark navy blue color with a 75% gloss, but the area where the Lockseed is set is left unpainted.
The unpainted areas have a glossy finish and the molding color is visible, so the difference in texture would be noticeable without the Lockseed attached, but if we painted those areas, the paint would come off when the Lockseed is attached due to the strong impact, so we have left them unpainted. Thank you for your understanding.
② Regarding audio timing when wearing certain faceplates and Genesis Cores
The CSM SENGOKU DRIVER uses a total of five types of detection switches to identify the type of each faceplate.
Some plates have a protrusion in the area circled in red in the image, and this is where you press detection button "①".
This protrusion was not present on the DX faceplate.
Because a large number of detections are required to determine the type of device, the sound is not programmed to begin the moment the faceplate is attached, but rather after a judgment period of approximately 0.2 to 0.3 seconds.
In the movie, the only instrument in which there is an action of directly inserting something by hand is the Genesis Core, but unlike what is depicted in the movie, the sound does not start to play the moment the Genesis Core is put on, but after the comma-sized delay mentioned above.
Without this gap, it would be possible that chattering (a minute vibration phenomenon that occurs when the switch is touched) when attaching the plate could cause the beginning of the sound to play frequently, resulting in stress when operating the toy, so we were forced to program it this way for the sake of the toy's performance.
We would appreciate your understanding of this in advance.
(Some types of plates will start to emit a sound when inserted, but this was not possible with the Genesis core due to its structure.)
If a rail-type detection gimmick like the Full Bottle or Ride Watch were used, such a gap would not be necessary, but SENGOKU DRIVER and faceplate cannot be constructed in this way in order to maintain their appearance, so they are designed to the above specifications.
That's all for today.
The next blog will be on Tuesday, March 23rd.
This day was the deadline for reservations for "CSM ALTERING."
If you are still unsure, please reconsider in the next week!
See you next week!!
