・What should I send?
If you are eligible for exchange, please send only the "CSM ALTERING" belt itself.
・Shipping costs for defective products
Shipping costs will be borne by our company. Please send it to the designated counter by a method that allows delivery confirmation (courier service, Yu-Pack, etc.) and specify cash on delivery.
Are there any specifications for the shipping method?
Please use a method that allows you to confirm delivery (such as courier service or Yu-Pack). In the unlikely event that the package is lost before it arrives, we will not be held responsible.
・Can I send it in the package?
Please only send the ALTERING unit. Please keep the packaging, accessories, and electronic manual with you. Also, be sure to remove the batteries.
*When returning the product, please do not return the product packaging, belt fastener, or dragon's nails; please keep them with you.
*We cannot guarantee the delivery of packaging, other accessories, other products, or batteries.
*If batteries are found inside the product, we will dispose of them.
*You may use the cardboard "special shipping box" that was used for delivery. However, we cannot return the same "special shipping box" when sending a replacement product. Thank you for your understanding.
-What should I do if the product is defective other than a broken side buckle?
For defects other than broken side buckles, please check the "About the product (if you think the product is faulty)" section at the bottom of this page. If the problem persists, please contact the BANDAI Customer Service Center.
After confirmation by our Customer Service Center, if an exchange is required, the exchange will be carried out in the same manner as in this case.
When will the replacement item arrive?
Replacement items (ALTERING units) will be shipped sequentially from late December.
The following is a guideline for delivery. Please note that the delivery schedule may change depending on the situation.
The affected product must arrive by October 31, 2021 → The replacement product is expected to be shipped by December 18, 2021 (Updated 12/10)
The affected products must arrive by December 15, 2021 → Replacement products will be delivered in sequence from late February 2022 onwards
- Can I freely specify the return address for the replacement item?
We will ship to the address (one location) you provided on the "CSM ALTERING Reception Sheet."
If you have multiple defective products, we will accept them if you send them all at once, but we can only ship replacement products to one address per shipment. Please note that we cannot ship to multiple addresses.
Please note that we cannot accept requests to specify a delivery date and time or to have the item delivered to a branch office.
・I can't print the "CSM ALTERING Reception Sheet"
If printing is difficult, please write the same information as on the reception sheet on paper and send it to us.
Will I get back the same item that I sent?
We will send you another replacement item.
When returning the product, the replacement item (only ALTERING unit) will be shipped in a special shipping box.
・I want to send the unopened item as is
We do not accept unopened products. Please check the product and if you find that it has the symptoms listed, please send us only ALTERING unit.
・I don't know if the item I sent arrived at the counter.
After checking the product you have sent, we will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided on the "CSM ALTERING Reception Sheet."
I sent it once, but I want it back.
We are unable to return items individually once they have been sent. Please wait for the replacement item to be shipped.
・I don't know my PREMIUM BANDAI membership number
Please check the 10-digit number listed on your "My Page" on PREMIUM BANDAI.

The infrared sensor doesn't respond well.
① The infrared sensor will not respond properly under sunlight or in front of a white wall. Please play indoors where there is no sunlight and no white reflective objects near the sensor.
② The batteries may be dead, so try replacing all the batteries with new ones.
If it still does not work properly, please contact the BANDAI Customer Service Center.
・The battery runs out quickly
Because CSM ALTERING consumes a lot of power, the battery will run out faster than with our other products. This is not a malfunction, so please replace the battery with a new one.
