[Q&A] About the "DX Demon's Driver" product

This is a notice for customers who have purchased "DX Demon's Driver."

[Q&A] What if I think there's a problem?


Appearance

・The "LED display screen" on the front of the belt appears to be scratched.
- There is dirt on the painted part of the Spider By Stamp.

On the discrimination reaction of bistamps

- Scanning of the by stamp is not possible. Unique by stamps cannot be identified.

About Audio

・The sound stops midway. The LED doesn't light up or changes color. The device reboots.
・The battery runs out quickly.





Appearance

・The "LED display screen" on the front of the belt appears to be scratched.

The LED display screen may become scratched or scuffed when playing "transformation games" using bi-stamps, depending on how you play.
When opening the product, if the product falls under the following <Defective Product ①> or <Defective Product ②>, it may be a defective product with scratches or scuff marks.

If the product is defective, please follow the procedure here and contact the BANDAI Customer Service Center.

<Defective Product ①>
Items with scratches on the LED display screen. *Weld lines (What are weld lines?) are excluded.

<Defective Product ②>
There are multiple scuff marks on the LED display screen. *Weld lines (What are weld lines?) are excluded.

<Normal product ①>
During mass production, the parts are divided into two areas. Weld lines (lines that occur during production) may appear. These are not scratches, and will not cause damage to the product during normal play.

<Normal product ②>
We use protective stickers during mass production assembly, but please note that slight scratches may occur during shipping.

- There is dirt on the painted part of the Spider By Stamp.

Products that fall under <Defective Product ①> or <Defective Product ②> below upon opening the product may be defective due to scratches, dust, or other dirt.
If the product is defective, please follow the procedure here and contact the BANDAI Customer Service Center.
Please note that there are some small cracks in the red painted area, but this is within the range of mass production quality. We ask that you accept the product as is.

On the discrimination reaction of bistamps

- Scanning of the by stamp is not possible. Unique by stamps cannot be identified.

By inserting the convex part of the bi-stamp into the slot (concave part), the position can be adjusted and the communication function will work.
To identify the product, press the bi-stamp firmly all the way in.
If it still does not work properly, please check the procedure here and contact the BANDAI Customer Service Center.

About Audio

・The sound stops midway. The LED doesn't light up or changes color. The device reboots.

The batteries may be exhausted. Try replacing all the batteries with new ones.
If it still does not work properly, please check the procedure here and contact the BANDAI Customer Service Center.

Insert 4 AA batteries (Sold separately), paying attention to the orientation of the ⊕⊖ batteries as shown in the diagram.

・The battery runs out quickly.

The DX Demon's Driver has 64 LEDs that consume a lot of power, so the battery will run out faster than with our other toys.
This is not a malfunction, so please replace the battery with a new one.



If the product is defective


If you experience a problem with the product, please contact the BANDAI Customer Service Center.
After confirming the symptoms, if there is a problem, we will send you a replacement item.
*Added on March 29, 2022: It will take some time for us to prepare replacement items for the items we currently have received.

● "Inquiry details" ... Please include your "PREMIUM BANDAI membership number" and "symptoms of the product."
● "Send images or videos"...Select "Yes." We will send you a URL for attaching images to the email address you registered, so please upload your images from there.
● "Contact information (phone number, name)" "Address" ... Please enter your "PREMIUM BANDAI registered contact information and address." Since this is a PREMIUM BANDAI limited product, we will confirm your purchase from this information.
