Customers who have purchased the affected products will be guided through how to rewrite the data on the NFC tag built into the tip of the sword, so please contact us at the details listed below.
We plan to deliver the corresponding products sequentially within 1 to 2 weeks after receiving them.
We would like to apologize once again for any inconvenience caused to our customers.

(1) When the tip of the sword of the relevant product is loaded into the "DX Orb Ring (sold separately)", the special move sound "Unleash the power of the orb" generated by the Orb Ring does not play.

(2) The date code on the back of the product is “17 Y.”
