By participating in this campaign, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions and will not raise any objections to these terms and conditions or the operation of this campaign. Winner Announcement Method
Winners will be notified via direct message around early August 2025 from the official Instagram account for "You and Idol Precure♪" (CureSta) or the official X account for "precure TOY WEB".
*Winners will be selected by lottery.

Application conditions
1. This includes products for ages 3 and up, and products for ages 6 and up. Those planning to give prizes to children under the target age are not eligible to participate.
2. Residents of Japan.
3. Those who agree to the terms and conditions of this campaign.
4. Those who own an Instagram account and follow the official "You and Idol Precure♪" account (@precure_curesta). Or, those who own an X account and follow the official "precure TOY WEB" account (@bandai_precure).
*Multiple people cannot share one account to submit an entry.
*If your account is set to private, we will not be able to see your post, and therefore you will not be able to participate in this campaign.
*Applications from corporate accounts will not be considered for selection.
5. Applicants must be able to receive mail and packages.
6. If applying via X (formerly Twitter), you must be able to register for a BANDAI Namco ID (hereinafter referred to as "BNID") (https://www.bandainamcoid.com/).
*To ship your prize, winners who applied via X (formerly Twitter) will need to register with BNID. (Registration is not required for those who applied via Instagram. When we send a direct message to the winners, we will send you a form to enter your shipping address, etc.)
*If you do not register your address information with BNID by the deadline, or if you use Instagram, if you do not submit the address input form by the deadline, or if your address changes due to relocation, or if the prize cannot be delivered due to an unknown address, your winning rights may be forfeited.
*If applying via X (formerly Twitter), and the applicant is under 16 years old and resides in Japan, their guardian will be required to obtain a BNID, verify their age, and register an account for their child.

■ Precaution 
1. If your account is set to private or you have blocked direct messages, we will be unable to contact you if you win, and therefore you will be ineligible to participate.
2. Please note that after this campaign ends, if you unfollow the Instagram account "@precure_curesta" if you applied via Instagram, or the X (formerly Twitter) account "@bandai_precure" if you applied via X, we will not be able to send you a direct message announcing your win.
3. If you apply using someone else's Instagram account or X (formerly Twitter) account, or if you fraudulently use a third party's email address, nickname, Instagram account or X (formerly Twitter) account information, or others personal information, your winning rights will be invalidated.
4. You cannot submit entries by sharing one Instagram account or X account among multiple people.
5. If the winner does not complete the specified procedure by the deadline notified to the winner, the winner's rights will be forfeited.
6. If any violation of these application rules is found, your winning entry may be revoked even after the results have been announced.
7. Please participate in this campaign in accordance with the terms of service of the services provided by Instagram and X (formerly Twitter), as well as applicable laws and regulations.
8. We cannot be held responsible if you are unable to log in to Instagram or X (formerly Twitter), post, or participate in this campaign due to maintenance or malfunctions of services provided by Instagram or X (formerly Twitter).
9. In the event of malfunctions in services provided by Instagram or X (formerly Twitter), or due to unforeseen circumstances, we may close applications before the end of the application period.
10. Minors must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian before applying to this campaign.
11. Please note that if there are any false or inaccurate entries in the registration data for this campaign , or if we deem your participation to be fraudulent, we may invalidate your campaign registration and cancel any prize awards.
12. The content, schedule, and prize specifications of this campaign are subject to change without notice.
13. Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged. Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to prizes after they have been delivered.
