This time, we are currently accepting reservations"Shinkenmaru -MEMORIAL EDITION-"We've introduced some of the product's features on the reservation page, but let me tell you more about its appeal!

●Shaping
First, let me talk about the appearance! When you think of Shinkenger, you think of samurai, and therefore swords! The Shinkenmaru is so memorable in the show, but we had a lot of trouble with its size and balance. We considered every aspect, including cost, product specifications, and the image of the blade in the show.Approximately 800mmThe blade balance has been adjusted to match the size. This MEMORIAL EDITION version is significantly larger than the DX version of the Shinkenmaru, and when comparing the lengths, the total length isApproximately 190%As you can see in the photo, the factory prototype has arrived, so here's a comparison with the original Shinkenmaru from back then...!

Where screws might be visible, we've used screw-concealing parts to completely cover the visible areas. We worked closely with the design team to ensure that the divisions of these screw-concealing parts were as inconspicuous as possible. We believe you'll be able to enjoy the Shinkenmaru's design from both the front and the back. We've also adjusted the paint colors to be as close as possible to the colors of the props and images from the show.

The set includes a total of six Secret Discs: a black common disc used in the character's self-introduction scene, and individual character discs used for weapon power-ups and other purposes. The discs have been redesigned to have a more three-dimensional appearance, matching the imagery from the show. The colored frame surrounding each disc's design is now made of molded plastic. The previously hollowed-out back surface is now covered with a separate part, and the design stickers are now attached to a part that is sandwiched inside. This gives the disc's frame and design a more three-dimensional look, bringing it closer to the imagery seen in the show. The sides have also been given a more realistic appearance with stronger contrasts between the raised and recessed areas. Along with the increased size of Shinkenmaru, the Secret Discs have also increased in size, with a diameter of approximately 105 mm.

●Rotating gimmick
The recognition of the Secret Disc's rotation has been completely redesigned. In the original version, four protrusions on the top surface of the plated rotating part would strike a switch on a gold part, thereby recognizing the disc's rotation.


The MEMORIAL EDITION version utilizes the function of the infrared sensor implemented internally.Rotation detection is performed without physical contact.As the rotating shaft turns, a convex shape attached to the shaft passes in front of the sensor, and the sensor recognizes this convex shape, enabling rotation detection. This makes it possible to detect rotation without exposing the rotation-reading structure to the outside! The world's sensing technology and Shinkenmaru's gimmick work together seamlessly. The elimination of physical contact allows for smoother rotation! We hope you will pick it up and see for yourself!

● Self-introduction mode
First, they enter their self-introduction mode! It's a very cool self-introduction scene, but it's unusual for the Super Sentai series to have them holding their weapons while introducing themselves. The pose of the Lord with the Shinkenmaru on his shoulder, and Mako's movement of tilting her head slightly as she prepares to use it, were impressive because even though the movements weren't particularly dynamic, each of the five members had their own unique way of introducing themselves.Five different sound effects for when each character introduces themselves have been recorded.We are doing so!

You can hear the "clink" sound when Red places the Shinkenmaru on his shoulder, the sound of the wooden clappers that plays when his head is shown in close-up, the sound of the sword tip touching during "The samurai sentai granted permission by the world..." after the five have introduced themselves, the sound of the lord raising his head and the final climactic sound when he says "Shinkenger... Here we come!", so we hope you will play and fully immerse yourself in the role of a Shinkenger! Of course, the sound of the disc being loaded into the Shinkenmaru with a heavy feel and the subsequent sound of the sword being drawn are also included!

Also, by pressing the BGM button...Character selection is available.Then, a sound effect corresponding to the character will be activated. If you want to be Chiaki, select the green mode and you can play the memorable sound of touching the tip of your sword while introducing yourself! (Incidentally, when you select a character, the cry of the Origami corresponding to that character will be played.) Furthermore, not only can you select a character, but you can also play the sound effect of all five characters introducing themselves, starting with "Unrivaled in the world...", immediately after each individual introduction by selecting a button! And what's more... you can play it all in one continuous sequence from beginning to end, just like in the movie!Everyone introduces themselves, each playing five roles.But you can still play! You can have lots of variations just by introducing yourself, so try out different ways to introduce yourself!

● Weapon Mode
Next, let me explain the weapon mode. After selecting a mode or completing the introduction in the introduction mode, you can play with it in weapon mode. Similar to the DX version, pressing the trigger on the grip activates the sword-slashing sound. Multiple sword-slashing sounds are recorded, and the sound changes each time you press the trigger. Also, in the show, by rotating the black common disc loaded into the Shinkenmaru, the Shinkenmaru would power up and transform into individual weapons such as the Rekka Daizantou.The sound of Shinkenmaru transforming into individual weaponsThis set includes the sound of Shinken Red's weapon transformation (this sound is included as a representative example), so you can activate this sound by rotating the disc in weapon mode. Furthermore, pressing the trigger again will activate the attack sound of the individual weapon corresponding to each character. At the time, attack sounds inspired by the Water Arrow and Wood Spear, which were sold as a set with the Secret Disc but did not have sound, as well as attack sounds inspired by the Land Slicer and Heaven Fan, which were never released as DX versions, can now be activated! The sound is activated by the Shinkenmaru, but it is now possible to play attack sounds of items that were not released as products at the time from the Shinkenmaru!

Furthermore, it includes the sound effects for each character's special move using the Shinkenmaru, including Shinken Red's special move, Flame Dance, as well as the individual special move sounds for each of the five characters using their Shinkenmaru. If you listen carefully, you'll find that each character has their own unique attack sound, which is very interesting. In addition to the individual special moves, it also includes the sound effects for the Shinkenmaru special moves that all five characters use simultaneously, such as Shinkenmaru Spiral Sword and Fivefold Sword!


●Robot control mode
Finally, let me explain the robot control mode! In the show, it was memorable to see the Shinkenmaru being thrust into the cockpit of the giant Origami, with the hand resting on the grip end as a substitute for a control stick. Controlling the Origami is an important function that uses the Shinkenmaru, so we have added this control play feature as well. The golden part at the grip end is a movable switch, so pressing it will allow you to enjoy the control action along with a heavy, metallic sound!

Furthermore, you can now recreate the scene of Shinken-Oh's special move, "Daishinken Samurai Slash"! You can fully immerse yourself in the experience, from the sound of Shinkenmaru being drawn from the control stand, to the sound of the Daishinken lighting up as the secret disc is rotated, to the sound of Shinken-Oh spinning the Daishinken around and getting ready, and even the moment when the Shinkengers swing their swords down to attack along with the sound of the clappers for "slash"! Be sure to experience the powerful special attack sound of the Daishinken, which is different from the sword fighting sound in weapon mode!

●BGM
The background music includes three tracks: the show's opening theme "Samurai Sentai Shinkenger," the memorable "Ippitsu Soujou!" which is used during the character introduction scenes, and the insert song "Tatakae! Shinkenger." "Ippitsu Soujou!" was also included in the Shodophone -MEMORIAL EDITION-, but since it is an indispensable song for the character introduction voices, we have included it again this time. We hope you will enjoy playing the character introduction game while "Ippitsu Soujou!" plays!
