Winner Announcement Method
Winners will be notified via direct message from the BANDAI TOYS (BANDAI Toys Promotion Department) TikTok account in early December 2025.
*Winners will be selected by lottery.
When applying for BANDAI Co., Ltd.'s (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") "Christmas Recommended Cool Toy Assortment Present campaign" (hereinafter referred to as "this campaign"), please be sure to carefully read the campaign Overview and Precaution(hereinafter referred to as "these Application Terms and Conditions").
By participating in this campaign, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions and will not raise any objections to these terms and conditions or the operation of this campaign.

Please note that winners of this campaign will be required to register for the "BANDAI Namco ID" (hereinafter referred to as "BNID") service in order to receive their prizes.

Applicants must be 13 years of age or older. (If a person under 13 years of age wishes to apply, a parent or guardian must apply on their behalf.)

Applicants must agree to these application terms and conditions.
・Those who have a TikTok account and follow "BANDAI TOYS (BANDAI Toys Promotion Department)" (@bandai_toys).
- Those who commented on the Christmas toy recommendation post.
- You must be able to register with BNID (https://www.bandainamcoid.com/). (A BNID is required to mail the prize.)
*If you are under 13 years old and wish to apply in Japan, your guardian will need to obtain a BNID, verify your age, and register an account for your child. Please check the BNID website for details.
■ Precaution
1. If you fail to complete the procedures specified in these application terms and conditions by the deadline that will be announced to the winners, your winning rights will be forfeited.
2. If you have blocked direct messages, we will be unable to contact you if you win, and your entry will be disqualified.
3. If you unfollow "BANDAI TOYS ( BANDAI Toys Promotion Department)" (@bandai_toys) after the end of this campaign , we will not be able to send you a direct message announcing your win, and you will be disqualified. Please be aware of this.
4. If you apply using someone else's TikTok account, or if you fraudulently use a third party's email address, nickname, TikTok account information, or others personal information, your winning rights will be invalidated.
5. Only the winner can receive the prize. The right to receive the prize cannot be transferred to a third party.

7. We cannot be held responsible if you are unable to log in to TikTok, comment, or participate in this campaign due to maintenance or malfunctions of services provided by TikTok. Furthermore, we may close the application period before the scheduled end date.

9. Please note that if there are any false or inaccurate entries in the registration data for this campaign, or if we deem your participation to be fraudulent, we may invalidate your campaign registration and cancel any prize awards.
10. In order to ship the prize, winners will need to register as a member of BNID and each TOY WEB[Legal 5] or BANDAI TOYS. If you do not register your address information with BNID by the deadline, or if your address changes due to relocation, or if the prize cannot be delivered due to an unknown address, your winning rights may be forfeited.
11. Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged. Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to prizes after they have been delivered.
12. The applicant is responsible for all communication costs incurred during the application process.
13. If a violation of these application rules is found, your winning entry may be revoked even after the results have been announced.
