Basic Precautions
- 15歳未満のお客様は、必ず保護者様の同伴のもとご入場ください。
- 会場の内外で発生した、事故・事件・盗難等について、主催者・会場は一切責任を負いかねます。
- 会場の都合上及び近隣のご迷惑となりますので、前日夜及び当日早朝にお並びいただくことはできません。
- Depending on how busy the venue is, admission may be restricted, and the venue may open/close earlier.
尚、混雑状況について、X(旧Twitter)の公式アカウント(@bandai_narikiri)でお知らせする場合がありますが、リアルタイム更新ではございません。予めご了承ください。 - イベント当日はプレス・関係者の取材・撮影等が行われ、TV・WEB・雑誌等に掲載される可能性がございます。予めご了承ください。
- 「危険物」（ハサミ、カッターナイフなどの刃物類を含みます）及び法令に触れるものの持ち込み、ならびに火気の使用は固く禁止いたします。
- 本イベントでは、来場者の安全確保を目的に、入場時に手荷物検査を実施いたします。
持ち込み禁止物についてはこちらもご参照ください。 - 持参品の盗難、断りのない撮影による肖像権の侵害等、イベント参加に伴う損失等の一切について主催者は責任を負いかねます。
- 会場内は一部写真・動画撮影不可のエリアがございます。
また、混雑状況により、安全管理の為、撮影をご遠慮いただく場合や撮影枚数・時間等を制限させていただく場合がございます。
また、一脚・三脚、自分撮りスティック等のお持ち込み・使用はできません。 - 展示品には触れないでください。
- 本イベントの展示品には開発中の試作品を多数含みます。実際の商品とは、多少異なる場合がありますのでご了承ください。
- 会場内の混雑の際は、入場まで待機列でお待ちいただく可能性がございます。待機列は屋外となります。一部、屋根のない場所となります。予めご了承ください。
防寒対策等については、ご来場者様でご用意いただく様、お願いいたします。 - 待機列内でのお待ち合わせ・合流はご遠慮ください。 お揃いになってから待機列にお並びいただく様、ご協力をお願いします。(※トイレなどのやむを得ない事情で一時的に列を離れた場合を除きます。)
- 発熱、風邪症状がみられる場合はご来場の自粛をお願いいたします。
- 入場の際等、手指のアルコール消毒を実施する場合は、ご協力をお願いいたします。
- マスクの着用はお客さま個人の判断といたします。
- ゴミは必ずお持ち帰り頂くようお願い致します。会場周辺のお店等に捨てていくなどの迷惑行為は固くお断りしております。
- 会場内にトイレはございません。ご入場前にお済ませください。
- スタッフの案内や指示に従っていただけない場合は、ご退場いただく、及びご入場をお断りさせていただく場合がございます。予めご了承下さい。
- 状況により、予定していた内容・注意事項等が予告なく変更となる場合がございます。

Q.前日からイベントに並ぶことはできますか？
A.会場の都合上及び近隣のご迷惑となりますので、前日夜及び当日早朝にお並びいただくことはできません。※お守りいただけない場合、スタッフの案内・指示に従っていただけない場合は、ペナルティが発生する場合がございますのでご了承ください。
Q.Is there merchandise for sale at the venue?
A:Yes, merchandise sales are planned.
Each person is allowed one transaction per day. There is a purchase limit for each item per transaction.

Please note that if the staff determines that multiple transactions are being made, we may decline said transactions.
Q.Can the toys displayed at the event be purchased at the sales area?
A. Some of the NARIKIRI TOYS will also be available for purchase at the sales area. Additionally, a selection of the NARIKIRI TOYS displayed at this event will be available for pre-order on PREMIUM BANDAI, the official Bandai Namco Group shopping site. The pre-order period varies depending on the product. For details, please refer to the respective product pages.

Q. payment methods are available for merchandise purchases at the venue?
A.お支払いは現金・クレジットカード(一括払いのみ)の他、各種電子マネーがご利用いただけます。ご利用いただける種類の詳細は、会場にてご確認ください。
Q.会場物販のみの入場は出来ますか？
A.会場物販のみの入場は出来ません。物販エリアは会場内にございますので、ご入場待機列にお並びいただきご入場ください。
Q:Can I get exchanges or refunds?
A.You cannot get exchanges or refunds after the event, so please check the size and type before purchasing.
If you receive the wrong product, please inform the sales staff on the same day. We are unable to exchange products after the event.
*We cannot handle inquiries regarding product defects, etc. at the venue, so please contact the inquiry desk listed on the package etc.
Q.Is there a quantity limit for a purchase?
A.For merchandise, each person is limited to one transaction per day. Purchases are limited to the maximum quantity specified for each product per transaction.

Q.会場内で飲食はできますか？
A.水筒やペットボトルなど蓋付きの飲み物の持ち込みは可能ですが、必ずお鞄の中にお仕舞いください。また、会場内でのご飲食はご遠慮ください。
Q.会場内で喫煙はできますか？
A.会場内は全面的に禁煙となります。（加熱式喫煙具等含む） 東京ドームシティ内の所定の喫煙スペースでお願いいたします。
※文京区は路上喫煙禁止です。入場待機列での喫煙もできませんのでご注意ください。
Q.Is photography allowed inside the venue?
A.一部の撮影不可エリアを除き、写真・動画撮影が可能です。
Photography, recording, and streaming of the footage displayed on the monitors in the venue is prohibited.
Live video and audio streaming inside the venue is prohibited.
When taking photos, please be considerate of those around you and follow the staff's instructions.
Additionally, unless authorized by our company, photography for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.*During peak times, photography may be restricted for safety reasons.
*Photography is prohibited in certain areas.
Q. there a cloakroom at the venue?
A.クロークや荷物の預かり場所は用意しておりません。お客様の手荷物は、ご自身の責任において管理をお願いいたします。
Q. I use my cell phone inside the venue?
A.会場内での携帯電話及び携帯通信機器の使用（通話）は、周りのお客様へのご迷惑となる場合がございますので極力ご遠慮ください。
Q. there any items that are prohibited to bring into the facility?
A.危険物や酒類並びに法律で禁止されている物の持ち込みはできません。
また、運営上の安全確保のため、スーツケース・キャリーケース(カート含む)などの大きなお荷物、一脚・三脚、自分撮りスティック等、その他運営スタッフが安全確保に支障が出ると判断したものについては会場への持ち込みはできません。駅や近隣のコインロッカーなどをご利用ください。
Q. I bring a stroller?
A.ベビーカーでのご入場はご遠慮いただいております。
Q.ペット同伴での入場は可能でしょうか？
A.動物を連れてのご入場はできません。（福祉介護犬を除きます。）

A.本イベント専用駐車場は用意しておりません。近隣の駐車場をご利用ください。
また、近隣の駐車場の優待サービスは一切行っておりません。
Q.欲しかったけど買い逃してしまった商品が展示されているのですが、売ってもらえませんか？
A.大変申し訳ございませんが、試作品、発売済みの商品を問わず展示品をお売りすることはできません。
Q. does "Display Only" mean in the exhibits at the venue?
A.参考出品とは、展示用に特別に製作した試作品のことです。
発売が決定している製品の試作品ではないので、｢発売時期｣｢販売価格｣等の詳細は全て未定です。
Q.未成年でも入場は可能でしょうか？
A.15歳未満のお客様は成人の保護者同伴の上でご入場をお願いいたします。
Q.再入場はできますか？
A.会場（展示エリア及び物販会場）は、再入場はできません。
再度ご入場を希望される場合は、その時の入場規制・方法に従ってご入場ください。
Q.コスプレをしての来場は可能でしょうか？
A.コスプレでのご来場は禁止となります。
また公共機関の制服等もお断りしております。
また顔が認識できない被り物や、往来の危険となるものについても外して来場してください。
