KAMEN RIDER OOO

Introducing the additional sound gimmick for the Oscanner!

Hello everyone. This is Funasen, the CSM representative.

KAMEN RIDER OOO 10th: Resurrection of the Core Medal has finally been released in theaters, but I think there will be many people who won't be able to see it until the disc is released in August, so of course I won't be giving away any spoilers about the main plot of the film in this blog.
However, regarding new combos, rider-related toy play, and gimmicks, we will introduce them in our blog from April onwards, under a heading such as "Spoilers below."

For the time being, I will be introducing the elements of the TV series other than "Resurrection of the Core Medals" that have been upgraded from the previous work.

Here's today's!

●The "Transformation Select" function allows you to activate the "Love Combo" transformation sound by scanning a medal!

In the movie, the belt is not worn, and a "love combo" is described in Eiji's delusional voice.
In the previous game, CSM, this sound could be heard by pressing the dialogue button, but in this game, a transformation sound variation selection gimmick has been added that allows you to "activate the love combo sound by scanning a medal."
When you make this selection, the Love Combo transformation sound will be forced to play, regardless of the medal set in OOO DRIVER.
It's like a little extra fun.
In normal mode, the transformation sound does not include Eiji's voice saying "Love! Love! Love!", so it is possible to say the line yourself along with the transformation sound.

●It is also possible to scan medals without playing the transformation standby sound!
In some scenes in the movie, the medal scan was done without the transformation standby sound playing.
It's a fairly quick transformation scene, but if you try to do it quickly with the toy you have to press the trigger, so even if you scan the medal immediately, the first 0.5 seconds or so of the standby sound will play, which acts as a kind of noise.
With this version of the O-Scanner, you can scan medals without playing the transformation standby sound by pressing the "sound effect button" and "trigger" at the same time.
The centre of the scanner lights up in seven colours, just like the standby sound, making it easy to recognise that scanning is possible.
In addition, once you have reached this state, even if you let go of the sound effect button, the scanner will remain in scanning mode as long as you keep the trigger pressed, eliminating the awkwardness of holding the scanner.

-Includes the sound of Eiji Greed transforming into Greed!
You can also use the sound effects button to play Eiji Greedo's transformation sound.
The sound of the Putotyra Medal appearing can also be activated using the sound effect button.
The previous version had a limited number of buttons, so playback was random, but this time around, the number of buttons has been increased, making playback much easier.

That's all for today's brief feature introduction.
Finally, here is an announcement about new products related to "Core Medal Resurrection" from BANDAI!

OOO products are also being released to commemorate the release of "Core Medal Resurrection" in the candy toy category!
We are currently developing a wide variety of candy toy-like products, such as the SO-DO CHRONICLE series, which is the fastest 3D model available exclusively at PREMIUM BANDAI, the latest KAMEN RIDER Rider Shikishi ART works, and the new KAMEN RIDER Mask History series.
If you see it at a supermarket or convenience store while out shopping, be sure to indulge your desires!

The Layered OOO series is a very exciting product series for CSM as it features all types of future combos in three dimensions for the first time.
Please try collecting them together with eternity and birth rings. They also look great with belts.

That's all for today's blog.
The next update is scheduled for Tuesday, March 22nd. See you!
