KAMEN RIDER DOUBLE

Updates on Accel Driver and Birth Driver!

Hello everyone. This is Funasen, the CSM representative.

The silhouette of the commemorative item for the event "NARIKIRI WORLD" has been removed, and product images have been revealed!
From the Rider products, the silhouettes of Lost Driver ver.1.5, Eternal Edge, and TV Power HENSHIN BELT Shadow Charger (the name has been changed) have been removed, and product images are included.
Please look forward to more details being released next week and the week after.

Today, we are releasing additional information on two items!

"CSM Accel Driver ver.1.5 Fuuto Tantei EDITION"

●The way to activate "Accel Maximum Drive" has changed!
In the DX and previous CSM models, when you pulled the clutch lever the line "Accelerator! Maximum drive!" and a special move standby sound would play, and then when you turned the right grip the special move sound would be activated.
However, in the movie, there was a scene where the player would repeatedly turn the right grip while the special attack was in standby, causing a popping sound to sound. This was something that couldn't be replicated with the toys at the time.
The program will be completely overhauled in this version 1.5, so this will also be reflected.
If you rotate the right grip while the special move standby sound is playing, a "boom" sound will play instead of the special move sound, and you can play it as many times as you like.
The revving sound will continue as long as you keep playing it continuously, and when you release the grip and the final revving sound ends, the sound effect of the body burning will start to play, followed by the special move ``Accel Glanzer sound'' (which also reproduces the sound effect from the movie).

So, the Accelerator Driver has been reborn with a more realistic voice, and we look forward to your continued reservations.

Next up:
"CSM Birth Driver".

* New system voices have been added
This time, the game includes a gimmick that allows you to arm "Birthday" all at once and combine with "CLAWs Scorpion" by inserting a medal and operating the dial. However, as introduced in the previously released "Pre-Band Lab Z," the advance button operations are selected using the sound effect buttons at the top.
(By the way, in the video, you press a button to play sounds such as "drill," "crane," or "shovel," and then after the desired sound is played, you insert a medal to select that weapon. However, in the final program, I changed it so that you keep holding down the button while the selection sound such as "drill" or "crane" is playing, and then when the sound stops and the "selection confirmation sound" is played, your selection is complete. This is to make it compatible with the gimmick of selecting multiple weapons at the same time, but I'll mention it here just in case. For detailed operation, please refer to electronic manual included.)

The weapon selection sounds above are "Drill" and "Shovel" using the Birthdriver system voice, but to make it easier to select "Birthday" and "CLAWs Scorpion" in the same way, we have newly recorded the words "Birthday" and "Crows Scorpion" using the same system voice!
Each time you press the sound effect button, eight different sounds will play in sequence: "Drill" ⇒ "Crane" ⇒ "Shovel" ⇒ "Breastplate" ⇒ "Caterpillar" ⇒ "Cutter" ⇒ "Birthday" ⇒ "Crow's Scorpion."
Also, once you equip yourself with something, the weapon name will disappear from the sound effect button selection, and you will have to select again from the weapons you are not yet equipped with. This makes it easier to see what you are currently equipped with.

By the way, the voice of the Birth Driver is often mistakenly thought to be a certain voice actor on the Internet, but this is not the case, so I would like to correct that here. (I can't say who it is.)

●"Birth in Edo" will be added to the background music!
The album currently contains five songs, but one more has been added.
This is the background music that plays when Eiji transforms into Birth in the movie OOO.
This time, we recorded Eiji's voice saying "Transform!", but since this was the only Eiji element, we thought that by adding background music, we could increase the element of NARIKIRI Eiji-verse even more.
In addition, the theme song for Birth, "Reverse / Re:birth," has two arranged versions: one based on episode 38, when Goto first transforms, and the other based on episode 46, when Date returns.

That's all for today's blog. The next update will be on Friday, October 14th.
See you next time!
