Introducing the gimmicks of CSM Tatsurot!
This weekend, I went on a pilgrimage to Saitama Super Arena, the holy land of Heisei Riders, and had a blast swinging around a Kaixa Blaygun (or something like it). I'm looking forward to this week's Super Hero Festival.
Hello, this is Funasen.
Well, in today's blog, we'll be taking a closer look at the gimmicks of "CSM Tatsurot"!!
Before that, I have mentioned the differences in appearance in a previous blog, but there is one thing I haven't shown you yet: the stickers.
Those of you watching the program may have noticed that all four types of stickers have been changed to holo stickers.
As was the case with Gaia Memory, some items have been upgraded to become holo stickers when they become props.
When he unleashes Wake Up Fever, there is a close-up shot of him pulling on Tatsurot's nose, so please pay attention to that.
Similar to the Gaia Memory holo stickers, it is a series of glowing irregular circles.
The mark design on the sticker itself has also been changed slightly from the DX, and a slight gradient pattern can be seen.
All of the designs in that area have been recreated based on the props.
By the way, the brown line on Tatsurot's back was a straight line in the DX version, but it has been changed to a curved line in the prop, so we have reproduced that as well.
(However, due to the design, stickers on other sides are slightly visible in the Basher and Dogga models, but this is due to the fact that we prioritize the reproduction of the design, so please be aware of this in advance.)
Next, we will introduce the gimmick in detail.
Just like in the DX version, pulling on Tatsurot's nose spins the roulette and allows you to unleash four special moves, but in addition to new gimmicks like Kivat, such as wireless communication, an acceleration sensor, and voice recognition, two new buttons have been added.
With that in mind, in Tatsurot's "pre-transformation state", the following actions are possible using the buttons:
What was an unlock button in the DX version has been transformed into a voice button while recreating the look of the prop.
(Instead, the unlock button is on the base side.)
When you press here, depending on the button, it will cycle through either "Tatsurot's lines from the play" or "Tatsurot's lines from the opening scene (avant-scene) (a meta-conversation with Kivat)."
Depending on the type, these lines also serve as radio transmissions to Kivat, allowing for a conversation to take place.
When these buttons A and B are pressed simultaneously, the device will enter "voice input acceptance state" while the buttons are pressed.
When you say "Tatsurot!" using voice input, Tatsurot will fly in with a random line of dialogue, and the "Emperor Form transformation sound (first half)" will play next.
In addition to reading Tatsurot Fustle, there was a scene in the movie where it came flying when Wataru called out "Tatsurot."
This product also makes it possible to transform into Emperor Form using this trigger.
If you set it on the base while the first half of the transformation sound is playing, the second half of the transformation sound will play.
By the way, if you set it on the pedestal without playing the first half of the transformation sound, the "abbreviated Emperor Form transformation sound" will be played.
Press and hold either dialogue button A or B to begin the transformation into "Degabaki Emperor Form."
Tatsurot says, "Kivat, please call Garuru, Basher and Dogga as well!" → radio transmission → Kivat says "Yes!", then the "Dogabaki Emperor Form transformation sound (first half)" is activated, and by attaching Tatsurot to the pedestal, the "Dogabaki Emperor Form transformation sound (second half)" will play.
You can also enjoy a sequence in which radio waves are emitted from Tatsurot and Kivat's eyes glow in seven colors.
The behavior after transforming into Emperor Form is as follows.
The role of each button has changed, and the lines that are spoken have been changed to those used after transformation.
Additionally, it includes sounds not found in the DX version, such as the "Zanbatto Sword summoning sound" and "the audio of Bishop forcibly awakening his Fangire blood in him in episode 39."
The sound of Tatsurot's special move, which is activated by pulling on his nose, is an exact reproduction of the sound effect from the movie.
By pulling the nose four times, you can recreate the transformation into "flying form" depicted in the movie.
By the way, in the TV version, he transformed into his flying form without any action.
With this toy, it is possible to transform into "Flying Form" by pressing dialogue buttons A and B simultaneously. Although it is not a no-action transformation, it is possible to transform with a less noticeable action than pulling on your nose.
After transforming into flying form, its behavior will change as follows:
In flight mode, pressing dialogue button A will produce a "roar" and pressing dialogue button B will produce a "wing flapping sound."
Also, if you pull Tatsurot's nose, the "Flying Form Special Move Sound" will be activated regardless of the roulette.
If you want to return to Emperor Form, press buttons A and B simultaneously and the "flying form release sound" will play.
By the way, if you remove Tatsurot from its base while transformed into any form and press buttons A and B simultaneously, a "transformation cancellation sound" will play.
So, by adding the buttons, it is now possible to recreate various sequences from the movie.
After you've spent a month playing with Kivat, you'll receive Tatsurot, which allows you to combine it with Kivat for even more fun.
In addition, a limited-time lottery sale is currently being held!
This is your chance to get your hands on previously sold items such as the "CSM HENSHIN BELT ARCLE "and "DX Neo DECADRIVER."
Applications are accepted until 11:00 p.m. on Friday, January 31st.
Please check this out as well!
That's all for today's blog.
The next update will be on Monday, January 27th.
See you next time.
