Hello everyone, this is Funasen.

Until yesterday, I was on a business trip to Bandai Namco Thailand, Bandai's production factory in BANDAI, for about a week.
With production of the Amazons Driver fast approaching, he is here to provide some direct commentary on the finishing touches being made.

So today, I would like to give a quick report on my visit to the BANDAI Thailand factory. ​

​BANDAI NAMCO THAILAND is located about six hours by plane from Japan and two hours from the airport.


​For nearly 30 years, we have been creating and producing molds for DX robots for Super Sentai.
At the entrance to the main office, all of the robots that have been produced so far are on display!

They also produce DX Rider toys, but CSM only produces these two.

The production site is confidential so I cannot post detailed photos, but we were currently producing this product.
The number of crazy belts is crazy. MetsubouJinrai's headquarters was in Thailand. That's a lie.


Now, the main things to check for the CSM Amazons Driver are the molding color, paint color, paint area, appearance precision, operational feel, etc.

For the "eyes" part, through which the emitting LED shines, we tried out many different molding colors with 10% different color concentrations, and selected the one that was the least visible of the LED point light sources, most luminous, and had the best color when not emitting light.


This photo was taken while testing the illumination by using different colors on the left and right sides.


Check out the die-cast runners. Pre-assembled toys also come with runners like this one, just like Gundam plastic models. You cut them and assemble them. This one was really heavy.


Molds are polished by craftsmen. Molds are made by the skilled hands of craftsmen with decades of experience.

Production will finally begin next month, with deliveries scheduled for December. Please continue to look forward to them!

This is a set of the Progrise Key Connector used by Izu-chan and the Amazing Hercules owned by the dangerous guy from MetsubouJinrai. The key connectors are stacked vertically so they don't take up much space, making them convenient for collecting Progrise Keys!

An even more dangerous guy will appear next week! Despite its huge body, it is not a separate robot but one of Zero One's forms. It is close to Gaim's Suika Arms. The Progrise Key required to transform into it is included, so don't forget it if you are collecting keys!
