"THE HENSHIN COPLETE SELECTION MODIFICATION EXHIBITION VOL.1", a festival of HENSHIN BELT toys, was held at Bellesalle Akihabara on Saturday, December 7th and Sunday, December 8th, 2019!
We will report on the exhibition area!

There is a large visual of Heisei KAMEN RIDER on the wall outside the venue!
It was so cool that you could tell it was there from afar, and lots of people took photos of it.



At the entrance to the exhibition area there is a timeline of the CSM series, allowing you to get a sense of history.



And in the front!



The special eve of the event will see the CSM KIVAT BELT and CSM Tatsurot at their fastest display!
In keeping with the world view of the work, numerous roses are scattered throughout the space, and Kivat and Tatsurot are flying on chains and in a picture frame next to the monitor.





The first area is an exhibition of all the CSM models!

Here, the CSM series released to date are exhibited according to the worldview of each work.
For example, from "MASKED RIDER KUUGA," the "HENSHIN BELT ARCLE" is set in ancient ruins, while the "Ultimate ARCLE," which uses interchangeable parts, is set in a snowy field.



Inspired by the mirror world of "MASKED RIDER RYUKI," "CSM V BUCKLE & Drag Visor" displays HENSHIN BELT surrounded by mirrors.



In this area, reference exhibits of uncommercialized items were also on display.







After learning about the history of the CSM series, you will then move on to the "How HENSHIN BELT DX ZIKU-DRIVER is Made" area. Here, in a museum-style setting, the process of how HENSHIN BELT toy is made, from planning to release, is introduced.



The planning and development of the DX ZIKU-DRIVER took 256 days = 22,118,400 seconds.
We introduced the production process along with the related "numbers."

There were also some things that we don't usually get to show, such as the exploded view of the DX ZIKU-DRIVER and rejected product packaging designs.





At the end of this area, there is a huge collection of Ridewatch toys! The sight of about 160 Ridewatches lined up is truly impressive.





The third area is "The Future of HENSHIN BELT ~Future HENSHIN!".

Here we had a special exhibit of a never-before-seen "HENSHIN BELT toy of the future" that uses the latest technology.
The "ultra-thin HENSHIN BELT animation appearing on a transparent panel" is an evolution of the "glowing!" HENSHIN BELT HENSHIN BELT developed in cooperation with Omron Amusement, that uses a "transparent luminous plate" to create a gorgeous light show.



The "automatic transforming HENSHIN BELT HENSHIN BELT that sprays steam" has a cover that automatically opens and closes on all four sides, revealing a large duct from inside.
HENSHIN BELT has steam coming out of the ducts like a steam locomotive. The paint and transformation sounds are very impressive.



In the center of this area, a demonstration of the "motion sensor HENSHIN BELT and transformation effect projector that recognizes transformation poses" was held on a large screen!
The belt allows the transformation to be triggered simply by assuming a transformation pose without touching it, and the actual movement of the sensors was displayed on the screen at the top, showing how it was linked to the demonstrator's movements.



When you put your right hand forward, the logos of all the Heisei KAMEN RIDER series will appear!



Move your left hand up and down to rotate the slot... and extend your right hand forward again to select the piece!
At this event, a demonstration was held showing KAMEN RIDER ZERO-ONE 's transformation scene.



At the special pre-party the day before, guests Fumiya Takahashi and So Okuno also had the chance to try it out.
I hope that this corner gave visitors a glimpse into the possibilities for the evolution of toys as technology evolves.
