I went on a business trip to the factory for a week last week.
When I went there, the sample molding had already been completed, so I will now report on the painting process in more detail.

First off, do you know what this part is?



The answer is...



It was a belt part.

When the bellows-like parts are taken apart one by one, they look like this, and each one has been carefully painted.

The eyes and gold have not been painted yet, but it has a nice metallic red finish.

Next, check the ink sample.


This is me checking the inked sample.
Having seen the process, I realized once again that inking is a difficult and time-consuming task.
