The front of the T-shirt features a design MASKED RIDER KUUGA posing that is featured on the front of the toy's packaging, evoking the packaging of the time.
On the back, the CSM logo and a line drawing of the product image of the CSM HENSHIN BELT ARCLE are printed around the neck.

The tote bag has a large MASKED RIDER KUUGA print on the front, just like the T-shirt, and on the back is the image of MASKED RIDER KUUGA 's Ultimate Form and belt from the back of the toy package, as well as the CSM logo. It is a large capacity tote bag that is 44cm tall and 35cm wide, so it can easily fit A4 size documents.
