The Ultimate Points of CSM Kaixa Gear Part 5: Kaixa Shot

Hello everyone, this is Funasen.
The broadcast time KAMEN RIDER BUILD has changed to 9:00, and I'm still not used to it, but as a night owl, I'm grateful that even when I wake up thinking I overslept, it still hasn't aired.

Now, today's blog is about "Kaiser Shot."

There are three changes made to the Faiz Shot.

① "Lady" voice
In the movie, there were many scenes where the "lady" voices for Kaixa's gear were processed to be slightly lower.
I think this is a modification to match the Kaixa Driver's "low-quality system voice."
At the time, the toy voice used the same pitch of "lady" as the Faiz item, and even on the show, the pitch of "lady" for Kaixa's item changed depending on the episode, so I think it was a time when the portrayal of item sounds was not as solid as it is in today's works.
Because the audio is not consistent due to the program's production, we were unsure which "Lady" to record, but we decided to stick with the "low Lady" this time.
This specification was designed to differentiate it from Faiz Gear as a toy.

② Pitch of the special attack standby sound
The Kaixa Shot's standby sound uses the same sound source as Faiz Gear, but the sound quality has been adjusted to get closer to the original pitch so that the high-pitched parts can be heard clearly.
The standby sound is a mix of two sounds: a high-pitched part and a slightly lower-pitched part playing in the background, but we've made the high-pitched part stand out.

③The sound of Orphnoch turning to ashes after the Grand Impact
In Grand Impact, after the sound of the special move was played, the CSM Faiz Shot ended with the "Φ mark appearance sound" sound, but this time, the "X mark appearance sound" and the sound of the Orphnoch turning to ashes will be played at the same time.
I think you'll be able to enjoy NARIKIRI playing in a more realistic way.
By the way, there are almost no scenes in the show where Kaixa defeats Orphnochs with Grand Impact, and I remember that the opening scene of "Paradise Lost" was the only Orphnoch dome scene. (I'm sorry if I'm wrong...)
At the time, there was no sound for the X mark to appear, but this time I decided to add it. I created it with reference to the special attack sequence in the Faiz Shot. I intended to unify the sound when the special attack ends for all gears.

Since the only appearance difference between the Kaixa Shot and the Faiz Shot is the color, we wanted to add some differentiation and added value through the sound, which is why we came up with the above specifications.

That's it for today's blog, though.
The next update will be on Monday, October 16th.

See you next time!
