CSM Delta Gear will start shipping soon!!

Hello everyone, this is Funasen, the CSM representative.

In today's blog, I would like to introduce with pictures the mass-produced "CSM Delta Gear", which will start being delivered very soon.

Let's start with the package.

The design of the package has already been revealed, but this is what it will look like in person.
The SMART BRAIN logo is placed slightly higher because it is modeled after Delta Gear's attache case design.
When you remove the sleeve

The cool Delta is here. electronic manual is as usual...

It is a "user's guide" that matches the prop design.
The cover of Delta Gear is landscape, so the design is also based on the scene in the movie.

Now, after taking out the contents and assembling it, it will look like this.

It has finally been completed···!
In terms of the paint coverage, we have thoroughly painted it this time, and all the black parts have been painted semi-gloss black.
I think the look and feel when you touch it gives off a very luxurious feel.

If you look at the picture below it will be easier to understand...

Regarding the painting area, the molded part at the end of the arrow in the image below is also painted on this product.

Those who own Faiz Gear or Kaixa Gear will know that this protrusion is inserted into the side buckle of the belt, and in previous products it was not painted due to concerns about the color rubbing off due to contact when wearing the product.
However, this time the protrusion was on an important item called the Delta Mover, and unlike the protrusions on previous gear, it was in a conspicuous position, so we revised the structure of the combination with the side buckle in order to somehow paint it, and were then able to paint it.

Finally, here is some additional information about some of the changes to the design of the mass-produced product.
Please see the image below.

This is the location of the joint when the Deltaphone and Delta Mover are combined, and there is a protrusion at the end of the arrow.
This is the unlock button for removing the Delta Mover.
In the DX version, the release button was recessed into the flat surface, but this time it has a convex shape to make it easier to remove.
Although this slightly impairs the reproduction quality of the prop, there is a structural reason for this, so I have posted the image here so that I can explain it in advance.

The unlock button on the DX version is recessed, so you have to insert your fingernail and pull the unlock button.
Initially, we designed it with the same structure and proceeded with the mold.
However, with regards to the Delta Mover, the CSM version contains batteries and built-in lights that are not found in the DX version, making it heavier, and we found that if you swung it down in the combined state, the weight of the Delta Mover would cause it to fly off.
We decided that this was dangerous, so we made the combining joint stronger than in the DX version.
We then found that more force was needed to pull the release button, and that using only our fingernails would not be enough force to remove it, so we decided to make the release button higher (so that it could be pressed with the pad of your finger) to make it easier to remove.
We hope you will understand that this is an unavoidable measure to realize the gimmick of illuminating the delta mark. Thank you.

Today, we introduced some mass-produced products, including to inform people of this information.

Now, on a different note, this week on Thursday, September 19th, is the deadline for reservations for two products.
"HENSHIN BELT DX Oma Zi-O Driver"

"DX Memorial Ride Watch Set"

Both products are equipped with an audio flow that can only be created after the program has ended, and we are confident that the satisfaction level will be excellent.
I would love for you to pick up a copy. Thank you.

That's all for today's blog. The next update will be next week on Tuesday, September 24th. See you!
