いつも「VITAL BRACELET ARENA」をご利用いただき、ありがとうございます。

2022年11月24日から配信を開始した「VITAL BRACELET ARENA」アプリですが、2024年9月30日(JST)をもちまして、「VITAL BRACELET ARENA」アプリのサポートとオンライン機能の提供を終了することとなりました。

配信開始から現在まで、多くのお客さまに支えられ、ここまで運営を続けることができました。

▼サポート終了及びオンライン機能の提供終了に向けてのスケジュール
・2024年8月初旬 最終アップデートデータ（Ver.2.1.0）リリース 　(※1)
・2024年9月30日 12:00(JST)　 　サポート及びオンライン機能（※2)の終了
(※1)最終アップデートデータリリース後は、アプリ起動時に強制アップデートが促されます。
(※2)サポート終了以降、オンラインバトル「ARENA」機能、並びにその他オンラインを利用した機能がご利用いただけなくなります。

 ▼最終アップデートデータ（Ver.2.1.0）に関する重要なお知らせ
・最終アップデートデータリリース後からサポート終了までの期間（以下「期間内」）に、　アップデートをしない状態でアプリを起動すると、アプリ起動時に強制アップデートが促され、アップデートを行うと、一部の機能（上記※２参照）を除き、ユーザーデータが保持された状態で遊ぶことが可能です。
・現在アプリをアンインストールしているお客様でも、期間内に各ストアからアプリ（Ver.2.1.0）の再インストールを行い、アプリを起動しユーザーデータを引継ぎ済みの場合は、一部の機能（上記※２参照）を除き、ユーザーデータが保持された状態で遊ぶことが可能です。

ただし下記のケースでは、これまでのデータで遊ぶことができませんのでご注意ください。

 1.期間内に各ストアからアプリ（Ver.2.1.0）をインストールしたが、期間内にアプリを起動していない場合。サポート終了後も遊ぶことはできますが、ユーザーデータの引継ぎができず、サポート終了後には最初からのプレイとなります。 

 2.期間内に最終アップデートデータ（Ver.2.1.0）をインストールをせず、期間後にそのままアプリを起動した場合、サーバーとの接続ができないため、タイトル画面から進行できなくなります。

As of September 30, 2024(JST) we will no longer provide support and online functionality for the "VITAL BRACELET ARENA" application.

We have been able to continue to operate this app with the support of our many customers since its launch.

Schedule for the end of support and online functions
Early August 2024: Final update data (Ver. 2.1.0) released (*1)
September 30, 2024 12:00(JST) Termination of support and online functions (*2)
(*1) After the release of the final update data, a forced update will be prompted when the application is launched.
(*2)After the end of support, the online battle "ARENA" function and other online functions will no longer be available.

Important notice regarding the final update data (Ver. 2.1.0)
During the period from the release of the final update data to the end of the support period (hereinafter referred to as "the period"), you must launch the application without updating it,
　If you start the application without updating, a forced update will be prompted when the application is launched. If you update the application, you will be able to play with your user data retained, except for some functions (see *2 above).
Customers who have uninstalled the application will be able to play with their user data retained, except for some functions (see *2 above), if they reinstall the application (Ver. 2.1.0) from the respective stores during the period and launch the application and transfer their user data.

However, please note that in the following cases, you will not be able to play with the previous data.
1. If you installed the application (Ver. 2.1.0) from the respective stores during the period but did not launch the application during the period. You can continue to play after the support ends, but user data cannot be transferred and you will have to start from the beginning after the support ends.
2. If you do not install the final update data (Ver. 2.1.0) within the period and launch the application after the period, you will not be able to progress from the title screen because the connection with the server will not be established.
