It has been discovered that some of the first production runs of "Complete Selection Modification ALTERING", which began shipping in September 2021, contain products with assembly defects.
We sincerely apologize to affected customers for any inconvenience caused.
We will provide an exchange for any defective products that fall under the "exchange eligible" categories below.

[How to check for defective products]
Products that fall under either ① or ② below are defective products due to "improper assembly."
*Even if the assembly is correct, continued application of excessive force may result in damage. Please handle with care.

① The "side buckles" on the left and right sides of HENSHIN BELT have come loose, exposing the wiring.


② The protrusion acting as a stopper on the movable part of the side buckle is raised outward.
Or, if you push the side buckle outward beyond its movable range with a little force, this protrusion will ride up.

With a normal product, even if you apply a small amount of force towards the outside of its range of motion, this protrusion will not be exposed as shown in the image above.
In the defective product, the side buckle does not fit tight enough, so putting on and taking off the belt several times puts pressure on the joint, causing it to come off.
The phenomenon of the protrusion climbing up mentioned above is an indication of a defective product.
